This Privacy Policy describes how MPACT for Mankind, Inc. (“MPACT”, “we” or “us”) collect and process your Personal Data. OUR WEBSITE IS NOT INTENDED FOR CHILDREN

Our Website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 without permission from a parent or guardian. If you are a parent or legal guardian and think your child under 13 has given us information, you can email us. You can also write to us at the address listed at the end of this policy. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your personal information stored on our servers. Any payment/donation transactions will be encrypted. However, the Internet is not 100% secure. We cannot promise that your use of our Website will be completely safe. We encourage you to use caution when using the Internet. This includes not sharing your passwords.

We are headquartered in the United States and the Personal Data that you provide to us is generally stored on servers located in the United States. Your Personal Data may be accessed by us or transferred to us in the United States or to our affiliates, partners, merchants, or service providers who are located within the United States or worldwide.
